Project Management | Estimating

Prerequisite: Project Coordinator | QA/QC Training Course

Project Management | Estimator training is a continuation of the Project Coordinator | QA/QC training course where learners go deeper into a project. They will gain the skills required to complete the project life cycle, from bidding, through completion and delivering the project in scope, within budget, and on time. The training course will consist of classroom theory and a hands-on practicum.

Classroom Theory

Learners will spend 160 hours in a classroom setting, some of the content will include:

  • Estimating
  • Project Planning
  • Scope Management
  • Cost Management
  • Time Management
  • Risk Management
  • HR Management

Hands on Practicum

Learners will create an estimate from start to finish and convert that estimate into a project plan.
